The fourth call for project proposals follows a two-step application procedure and is open to priorities 1 to 4 of the
cooperation programme.

+ Guidance for the expression of interest (EoI) and the application form (AF)
+ EoI/AF working document (word version of the application form)
Please note that project proposals have to be submitted via the
eMS, both in step 1 and step 2. The WORD document provided above is only a tool to help applicants to draft their EoI/AF.
